2. Booking and Reservation Policy

• Reservations: All bookings, including trail rides and accommodations, must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our team. We do not accommodate walk-ins.
• Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in at Vonfidel Ranch.
• Cancellations and Refunds: We offer a refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your booking date. Cancellations within 14 days may not be eligible for a refund.
• Changes to Reservation: If you need to modify or change your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.

3. Liability and Waiver

• Risk of Horseback Riding: Horseback riding is an inherently risky activity. By engaging in any horseback riding or related activities at Vonfidel Ranch, you accept the risks associated with these activities.
• Release of Liability: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vonfidel Ranch, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to personal injury, loss, or damage incurred while participating in our services.
• Personal Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during their time at Vonfidel Ranch. We encourage all riders to wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets, which are provided upon request.

4. Code of Conduct

• Behavior Expectations: We ask all guests to treat our staff, horses, and fellow visitors with respect and courtesy. Disrespectful behavior, including verbal or physical abuse, may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
• Compliance with Instructions: Guests must comply with the instructions and guidance of safari leaders and navigators at all times for their safety and the safety of others.
• Horse Care: Guests must follow all instructions from our staff regarding horse care, feeding, and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of both the horses and the riders.
• Age and Health Requirements: Certain activities may require minimum age or health conditions. Please consult with us if you have concerns regarding the suitability of activities for children or individuals with medical conditions.

5. Media Consent
By engaging with Vonfidel Ranch, you grant us permission to use images and videos taken during your visit for promotional, training, and quality assurance purposes. These materials may be used on our website, social media, or other marketing platforms, unless you inform us otherwise in writing.

6. Health and Safety

• Health Disclosure: Guests are required to inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in certain activities, including horseback riding.
• First Aid: Vonfidel Ranch has trained staff available for emergencies, but guests are responsible for their own health and well-being during their stay.
• Alcohol and Drugs: Consumption of alcohol or drugs that impair judgment is prohibited during participation in horseback riding and other activities.
