1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vonfidel Ranch’s services, including our website, booking systems, accommodations, horseback riding programs, equestrian holidays, and any other related services (collectively, “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Booking and Reservation Policy

• Reservations: All bookings, including trail rides, safaris, and accommodations, must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our team. Walk-ins are not accepted.
• Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due upon check-in at Vonfidel Ranch.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your booking date are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 14 days may not be refundable.
• Changes to Reservations: To modify or update a booking, please contact us at least 48
• hours before your scheduled arrival.

3. Liability and Waiver

• Risk of Horseback Riding: Horseback riding and related activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
• Release of Liability: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vonfidel Ranch, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to injury, loss, or damages incurred during participation.
• Personal Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own health and safety. Safety gear, including helmets (provided upon request), must be worn during riding activities.

4. Code of Conduct

• Respectful Behavior: All guests must treat staff, horses, and fellow visitors with courtesy. Verbal or physical abuse will result in termination of services without refund.
• Compliance with Instructions: Guests must follow the guidance of our safari leaders, instructors, and navigators at all times.
• Horse Care: All directions from staff regarding horse care, feeding, and handling must be respected to ensure the well-being of both riders and horses.
• Age & Health Requirements: Certain activities may have age or health restrictions. Please consult with our team if you have concerns about suitability.

5. Media Consent
By engaging with Vonfidel Ranch, you grant permission for us to use photographs or video taken during your visit for promotional, training, or quality purposes. These may appear on our website, social media, or other platforms, unless you notify us in writing.

6. Health and Safety

• Health Disclosure: Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation in horseback riding or other activities.
• First Aid: Our staff are trained in basic emergency care, but guests remain responsible for their own health and well-being.
• Alcohol and Drugs: Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
