1. Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of Vonfidel Ranch services, including the website, bookings, accommodations, horseback programmes and related activities. By using the services, you agree to comply with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Booking and Reservation Policy

• Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance via the site or team. Walk-ins are not accepted.
• Payment: A 50% deposit confirms booking; the balance is due on check-in.
• Cancellations and refunds: Cancellations 14 days or more before arrival are refundable; cancellations within 14 days may not be refundable.
• Changes: To modify bookings, contact Vonfidel Ranch at least 48 hours before arrival.

3. Liability and Waiver

• Risk of horseback riding: Horseback activities involve inherent risks. By participating, guests accept those risks.
• Release of liability: Guests agree to indemnify and hold Vonfidel Ranch and staff harmless from liabilities arising from participation.
• Personal responsibility: Guests are responsible for their health and must use safety equipment when provided.

4. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behaviour: Treat staff, horses and other guests with courtesy. Abuse or unsafe behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.
• Compliance: Follow the guidance of instructors and leaders at all times.
• Horse care: Follow staff instructions regarding handling and feeding.
• Age and health requirements: Certain activities may have restrictions; consult the team if unsure.

5. Media Consent

Vonfidel Ranch may photograph or film activities for promotional and training purposes. Notify the ranch in writing if you prefer not to be featured.

6. Health and Safety

• Health disclosure: Inform Vonfidel Ranch of medical conditions that may affect participation.
• First aid: Staff are trained in basic emergency care; guests remain responsible for their wellbeing.
• Alcohol and drugs: Use during activities is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vonfidel Ranch site, including text, images and logos, is the intellectual property of Vonfidel Ranch. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
