Accepted residential stays include private Ranch accommodation, full board, and agreed riding-day field transport. The Ranch is in Punanai, Eastern Province; optional airport pickup or end-to-end chauffeur travel is quoted separately.

The Ranch house provides a bedroom and sitting area, air-conditioning, hot water, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, and laundry. Guests return to the same reserved accommodation after each riding day.

Allow about 8 minutes for one rider. Have your dates, party details, riding experience, and acknowledgements ready; entries remain in place if anything needs correction.

Travel Request

For Signature Riding Holidays, request dates outside the normal non-riding period from mid-October through the third week of January. Dates are reviewed rather than confirmed automatically.

Signature Riding Holidays are a minimum of three days; seven days is ideal and normally includes five riding days plus two recovery days. Final arrangements depend on the party and conditions.

Count every guest staying with the party who will not ride. Their lodging and full board will be included appropriately in the quote.

Every rider

Enter the rider count to create one concise identity and eligibility record per rider. This begins the matching process; suitability continues throughout the stay.

Declare requirements in advance so full-board meals can be planned appropriately for every affected guest.

Riding-day transport between the Ranch and the field camps is included. Select an option only if you would like airport pickup or end-to-end chauffeur service included in your quote.

Riding Background

For a Signature Riding Holiday, every rider must be intermediate or above and able to control a horse independently at walk, trot, and canter in open country. Riders who are not yet ready for this should select Horsemanship Training Holiday.
