Accepted residential stays include private Ranch accommodation, full board, and agreed riding-day field transport. The Ranch is in Punanai, Eastern Province; optional airport pickup or end-to-end chauffeur travel is quoted separately.

Your Ranch house has its own bedroom, sitting area and patio, with air-conditioning, hot water, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, and laundry. Guests return to the same reserved accommodation after each riding day.

Allow about 8 minutes for one rider. Have your dates, party details, riding experience, and acknowledgements ready; entries remain in place if anything needs correction.

For Signature Riding Holidays, request dates outside the normal non-riding period from mid-October through the second week of January. Dates are reviewed rather than confirmed automatically.

Nights *

A two-night stay spans three calendar days, the minimum Signature Riding Holiday. Seven days is ideal and normally includes five riding days plus two recovery days. Final arrangements depend on the party and conditions.

Riders *

Signature Riding Holidays and Horsemanship Training: up to four riders. The Ranch reviews the complete party before confirming availability.

Non-riding companions *

Count every guest staying with the party who will not ride. Their lodging and full board will be included appropriately in the quote.

Every rider

Enter the rider count to create one concise identity and eligibility record per rider. This begins the matching process; suitability continues throughout the stay.

Any food allergies or dietary preferences? *

Riding experience level *

For a Signature Riding Holiday, every rider must be intermediate or above and able to control a horse independently at walk, trot, and canter in open country. Riders who are not yet ready for this should select Horsemanship Training Holiday.

After you submit

Review, payment, and confirmation.

The first substantive reply will state the suitability decision and outline the format, expected duration, timing, pace, inclusions, transport arrangements, quoted price, and one clear next step. If the Ranch accepts the booking, it will issue an invoice and secure payment link. Proposed dates are then held for a maximum of three calendar days.

A 50% booking payment is required. The booking is confirmed only after payment is received and written confirmation is issued. Because individual scheduling, horse preparation, and other logistics begin after confirmation, this payment is non-refundable. It may be transferred once to alternative dates requested in writing at least 60 days before arrival, subject to Ranch availability and any difference in price. Requests made within 60 days are considered individually at the Ranch's discretion.

If Vonfidel Ranch must cancel a confirmed residential program and cannot provide it substantially as agreed, the guest may choose a full refund of program payments made to the Ranch or transfer of those payments to mutually agreed alternative dates. Changes to horses, routes, riding times, or individual activities may be necessary for horse welfare, rider safety, weather, or ground conditions and do not constitute cancellation where the residential program continues substantially as agreed.
